Registration and Certification
When the last batches were produced and the hum of the machines stopped in the old locations at the Harmenjansweg, the preparations for the adaptations of the Quality System into the new location at the Fustweg were already in progress
As many of the small production departments are now placed together in a more efficient way this has to be described in the quality documents. Important changes were necessary in the procedures for the logistic handling as everything is now placed in one building causing different interaction and communication between departments. In January 2011, the office departments were fully operational and also most of the production departments were verified and validated
Therefore, TÜV Rheinland performed a three days re-certification audit for Cavex and although all the 2500 documents of the Quality System had to be reviewed, there were only three minor non compliances noticed!!
We can state the Quality System is in compliance with all the relevant specifications. We received the new certificates early March 2011. They are available at the Cavex website (see below) or directly from the independent TÜV Rheinland website: www.TUV.com
