Cavex has developed a future-proof amalgam with improved mechanical properties: Cavex Avalloy. An innovative high-copper alloy that contains lathe-cut particles. Cavex Avalloy has already proven its reliability, usability, and wear resistance in the dental clinic. And now, thanks to the new self-activating resealable capsule, Cavex amalgams offer optimum safety. Both during and after mixing. By avoiding the gamma 2 phase, Cavex amalgams significantly decrease corrosion susceptibility. As a result, Cavex amalgams can be used to produce durable restorations with a permanent shine. In short: Cavex Avalloy is a safe and future-proof amalgam.
