Cavex Fresh4Sure
Fresh4Sure is the mouthwash for daily use, the perfect addition to toothbrushing and interdental cleaning. Does the patient suffer from unpleasant breath or a dry mouth? Fresh4Sure offers immediate support. Rinse once a day, after brushing, with 10 ml for 30 seconds, and the patient will experience an instantly fresh, comfortable mouth.
Cavex developed Fresh4Sure with care: not a standard formula, but carefully selected ingredients for optimal effectiveness.
– Zinc citrate: Binds to the ‘bad’ bacteria that cause sulfur gases, after which they are rinsed away.
– Polyglyceryl-3: Helps to moisturize a dry mouth. As a humectant, it attracts and retains water, helping to maintain moisture levels.
– Erythritol: Inhibits the adhesion and growth of bacteria that cause plaque. This reduces biofilm formation and enhances the cleansing effect of rinsing.
– Muco-adhesive polymer: Ensures that the above active ingredients and the fresh extracts (menthol & eucalyptol) can adhere in the mouth, prolonging the effect.

Why should a patient use Fresh4Sure?
If a patient has bad breath, the cause of which is located in the mouth, Fresh4Sure can be used. Fresh4Sure provides a solution by restoring the balance between ‘good’ and ‘bad’ bacteria in the mouth, thus creating a healthy mouth condition. Fresh4Sure provides a solution for patients with a dry mouth too. Fresh4Sure can initiate the production of saliva.

What are 'good' and 'bad' bacteria?
Good bacteria are bacteria in the mouth that ensure that food residues and proteins are degraded.
Bad bacteria are the bacteria in the mouth that produce volatile sulphur compounds, originating mainly from food residues. -
How often should Fresh4Sure be used?
Cavex advises the use of the mouthwash product once a day (10 ml), but the frequency may be reduced or increased as needed.

What is the pH value of Fresh4Sure?
The pH value of Fresh4Sure is 5.8–6.0, which corresponds to saliva level. This value is well above the critical value of 5.5, below which erosion occurs. -
Does Fresh4Sure contain extracts that may cause an allergic reaction?
If a patient is hypersensitive to fresh extracts such as menthol or eucalyptus, the use of Fresh4Sure is not recommended.

Can Fresh4Sure be used during pregnancy?
Fresh4Sure can be used during pregnancy, as the product does not contain any harmful ingredients. Women who are breastfeeding are advised to temporarily discontinue the use of Fresh4Sure, as foreign substances are generally discouraged during periods of breastfeeding. -
May children use Fresh4Sure?
The product is intended for adults and children from 12 years of age.
